  • Is this group right for you?

This group is for adults who have recently completed or are transitioning out of a higher level of eating disorder treatment - residential, PHP, or IOP - and are looking for community and creative support as they find their footing.

Leaving treatment can feel like stepping off a boat onto unfamiliar land. The structure that held you is gone, and building a life that supports your recovery is its own kind of work. Bridge to the Mainland is a place to do that work alongside people who understand what that transition feels like.

This is a peer support group led by a trained creative arts therapist. It is not a clinical treatment program and does not replace individual therapy or medical care.

Details to come soon.
